Read More Humanity has had a close relationship with nature during its lifetime, but in recent decades, due to the expansion of urbanization, human interaction with nature has been very limited. The consequence of such a break is the loss of people's appreciation and support for nature. In this research, this gap is examined from the perspective of two important theories of extinction of experience and biophilia, and the criteria of biophilic design to reduce this interactive gap between humans and nature are investigated. The aim of this research is to investigate the indicators of urban furniture design based on inspiration from nature in biophilic design, effective in reducing the disconnection of citizens' interaction with nature. The methodology of this research is descriptive (causal-comparative) and qualitative. The method of collecting information is a library method for reviewing previous researches with the aim of understanding the components affecting the type of design. After studying and categorizing the design elements involved in the approach inspired by nature, the design indicators of this approach were extracted. To understand the effectiveness of the presence of these elements, two street benches, one designed with the presence of these elements and the other without them, were asked in a visual questionnaire. Two hundred and twenty questionnaires were distributed in the sample community which was the sixth district of Tehran. The results show that the presence of elements inspired by nature, including form, geometry, materials and texture and natural color, mechanism and stimulation of nature, in the design of urban elements evokes interaction with nature and creates a sense of presence in nature in citizens. This, in turn, leads to indirect interaction with nature and reducing the extinction of the experience. Expanding positive attitudinal, behavioral and emotional orientation is a valuable consequence of reducing experience extinction.

Conservation of these from natural hazards and Exhaustion caused by prolonging their life is one of the common in the field of architectural heritage which enters the natural process of life and changes are done through restoration interventions. Restoration interventions, due to existing sensitivities about their role in the survival of the monument, as well as preserving its authenticity and heritage values, generally face challenges that make it difficult for restorers to choose what Restoration methods and techniques are appropriate. Therefore it seems that restorers need components to facilitate the evaluation and selection of appropriate restoration methods and techniques and reduce the problems that they face in this regard. The most appropriate platform for achieving such components is the principles in the content of international conservation documents resulting from specialized meetings of experts. Therefore, considering the importance of the subject, achieving the components of evaluation and selection of the appropriate method of restoration intervention in architectural heritage based on the content of international conservation documents has been selected as the main goal of the research.The research has a qualitative approach and benefits from an inductive strategy. The data required for the research were collected using documentary research as one of the library study techniques and how analyzing the information is based on the grounded theory and using Maxqda software. The results of the study include 39 components in four groups of components: intervention purpose evaluation with emphasis on preserving heritage values, preserving the originality and cultural significance of the place, components of logic, appropriateness and action process, level measurement components, and type of intervention, especially reversibility and minimum intervention as well as final evaluation components of the selected intervention.

The residents of this complex are students that, they mostly have different levels of social behavior and exposure to new environments and people with different cultures causes a kind of disruption in the provision of one of the most important individual needs Including favorable privacy in the early months .This study assesses the relationship between the structure of the functional diagram of this residence, Pays attention to the criteria of securing the privacy of the residents, To achieve this, first the structure of the settlement based on physical, functional and perceptual components is examined by inference from Canter's theory of place .Examples to be evaluated the purpose of the research Student accommodation in the residential complex of Imam Khomeini International University and the Islamic Azad University of Qazvin It has been centralized and linear with two types of structures.The questionnaire of this research is organized in two main parts that based on a 5-point Likert scale. That, evaluate the theoretical models of research and determine the relationship between the dependence of independent and dependent variables simultaneously multivariate method of structural equation modeling was used, which uses a combination of factor analysis and path analysis. And finally logical reasoning leads to the conclusion of the data from the survey and structural equation.It shows that physical characteristics have the greatest impact on the spatial organization, and thus functional characteristics are in the second place and perceptual characteristics are in the third place. Results Indicate the superiority of residents' privacy criteria in centralized settlements based on the relationship between organization and privacy mechanisms over a similar linear sample and increase residential satisfaction in such settlements

Read More In the last decades of the twentieth century, due to environmental concerns arising from the urbanization of modernism, urban planners sought new paradigms of sustainable development in search of the ideal form for sustainable cities, because the scattered development and horizontal expansion of cities cause varioussocio-economic and physical disorders.The aim of this study was to investigate the brand position of villas and high-rise apartments from the perspective of residents using perceptual drawing In this regard, the application of the brand value of single-family houses to residential towers has been studied in order to upgrade the city and prevent the horizontal development of the city for future planning in Ardabil.The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method.The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method.The required information in this study has been collected through field and documentary methods. The statistical population of the study corresponds to the residents of villas and high-rise apartments who have previously lived in high-rise apartments and villas, respectively. For data analysis, SPSS software and one-sample ttest, Pearson correlation coefficient and perceptual map were used. According to the findings of the present study, there is a difference between residents' views on the brand position of villas and short apartments with residentialtowers. And villas and short apartments are in a better position than residential towers in terms of image. And villas and short apartments are in a better position than residential towers in terms of image. Also in terms of housing satisfaction, residential towers are in a better position than villas and short apartments.According to the results of the present study, according to the strengths of high-rise apartments, it is possible to plan future measures for sustainable development and urban development and high-riseconstruction in Ardabil.

Read More Earth architecture is one of the construction techniques in architecture with a rich history of several thousand years, whose traces are visible in the architecture of different nations of the world, including the country of Iran. Despite the rich background and existing capacities; The trend of widespread use and acceptability of earthen architecture due to the growth of technology in competing industrial materials and cultural changes in construction has been accompanied by a noticeable decline in the contemporary period.The purpose of this research is to know the bottlenecks and ways to improve earth architecture with an emphasis on the context of the historical city of Yazd. The method of this research is qualitative and based on library studies and deductive reasoning along with the dual nature of theory and application. The research data collection tools are content analysis of theoretical literature and an expert-oriented questionnaire with reference to ten architectural and urban planning experts in Yazd city. The findings of the research show that “earth architecture”, despite having a set of advantages and disadvantages like other techniques and styles in architecture. The grouping and prioritization of the challenges, obstacles and drivers of earth architecture in the research literature and experts of Yazd shows the similarities and differences that indicate the place-based of the public acceptability of earth architecture. Therefore, “public acceptance of earth architecture"; "Non-university programs and courses" and the two categories "Innovation and Technology" and "Development of Standards and Control Criteria" are the priority challenges, obstacles and drivers of Yazd city, respectively. This prioritization can be identified and used collectively in certain physical contexts in order to implement architectural policies. Also, this new policy is the basis for more general attention to the category of "public acceptance" and can be effective in promoting the general acceptance of earth architecture.

Read More Families meet different needs that force them to relocate in the city, which includes changes in the housing unit and the socio-economic context of the residential environment. Identifying the pattern of housing selection and differentiation of household preferences is explained based on the theory of life cycle. The theory is explained, the general cycle of life changes and housing needs for all households, and in progress of developing the theory, urban households are divided into distinct categories with socio-economic characteristics that is the source of various housing choices. Identifying the relationships between the socio-economic characteristics of the household and housing helps urban planners and policymakers to plan more accurately for city.Residential location modes were performed in a discrete manner using the "quantitative multivariate regression" method, which allows the analysis of multiple dependent variables. The input data of the model were obtained from the population and housing census of Tehran in 2011 and Tehran urban facilities’ data gained from a detailed plan. Dependent variables are "housing", which are divided into two groups: housing unit and the socio-economic context of the residents. The variables of the residential unit group include the area of house unite and the stability of the building. The variables of the socio-economic context of the residents include the literacy rate in the women's group, the female employment rate, the attendance rate of highly educated residents, the per capita personal vehicle and the student attendance rate.Finding shows that the variables of "housing unit" group play the most important role in housing selection and among the variables of socio-economic context of households, all variables have a significant relationship that indicates the validity of the model and two variables "per capita personal car" and "Women's literacy rates" play the largest percentage of explanation in this group.

Read More Today, knowledge-based urban development is considered as a strategic tool to achieve city-building and increase urban competitiveness. The existing theoretical literature shows that the concept of innovation has been introduced as the main driving force of knowledge-based urban development that leads to competitiveness at various levels. But the main structures (factors and currents) of this concept or the so-called innovation mechanization, which is the connection point of these concepts, have not been identified. Therefore, the main purpose of the above research is to cover this part of the theoretical gap in the world literature in mechanizing the urban development of competitive knowledge-based (Innovation Districts) in the metropolis of Tehran. The purpose of the above research is to collect information in the form of documentary studies in the form of content analysis and specialized interviews with 20 experts in Delphi. 54 drivers affecting the future development of the city of competitive knowledge-based, metropolis of Tehran in the form of 14 components and 6 dimensions (institutional-organizational, economic, physical, socio-cultural, activity-functional and technology-communication) are counted and Then it is processed by structural interaction analysis method in MICMAC software. Findings indicate that 14 stimuli are the most effective on the future development of the competitive knowledge-based city of Tehran metropolis, of which six are the main influential stimuli (culture of knowledge-based decision-making, cooperation of actors Knowledge and decision makers in knowledge sharing, inter-organizational interaction, legal framework to support knowledge-based activities, government investment in knowledge-based activities, strategic cooperation and inter-organizational networking) in the institutional dimension- Organizational And five drivers (knowledge-based business, knowledge-based infrastructure, global urban competitiveness index, foreign direct investment, per capita GDP, international position of business environment and urban innovation) in They cover the economic dimension, which indicates the prominent role of governments and organizations,
